The Kitchen Exchange

The Kitchen Exchange is one of two rotating restaurant concepts at Carleton. Each semester it features a new cuisine, offering a variety of tasty dishes from different parts of the world! Everything on the menu contains no gluten! In fact, the Kitchen Exchange is one of Canada’s first Gluten Free Dedicated restaurants and is just one of our gluten free offerings.
